We came from a family of restaurants in Peru — and brought the whole kitchen with us. Neon in the window, bunting over the door, and a bar that runs until late.

Our story

From Peru to Stoke Newington Road

Before Dalston, there was a family of restaurants back in Peru. The same recipes, the same insistence on doing it properly — the ceviche cured to order, the anticuchos over real charcoal, the pisco measured by hand.

We opened here to give London the version we grew up with. Not a polished idea of Peruvian food, but the real thing: generous, loud and a little bit of a party.
