These terms cover your use of this website and, alongside any written proposal we agree with you, the services Webetzy provides.
Webetzy is a trading name of Outfit AI Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13408844). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Outfit AI Ltd. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We design, build, host and maintain websites, apps and related digital products. Many of the products we build run on our own platform, Webukit, which provides bookings, payments, memberships and similar tools. The specific scope, timeline and price for your project are set out in a separate proposal or order we agree with you, which takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Quotes, fees & payment
- Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Our managed websites are typically provided for a single flat fee, with no per-booking charges and no commission on payments taken through your own Stripe account.
- Fees, billing frequency and any renewal terms are those set out in your proposal. Payments processed for your business settle into your own payment account.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access and approvals we reasonably need to deliver your project, and to ensure any material you supply is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Intellectual property & ownership
On full payment, the website assets we create specifically for you are yours to own. We may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing. The Webukit platform, our tools, and any pre-existing or reusable code remain the property of Outfit AI Ltd and are licensed to you for use with your product.
5. Acceptable use of this website
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.
6. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites (including client sites and external platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Warranties & liability
We take real care in our work, but this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the relevant proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
